Job Description :
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Marketing Professional who is genuinely interested in animal nutrition, fodder solutions, and promoting high-quality silage products. The ideal candidate will help educate farmers, dairy owners, and livestock businesses about the benefits of scientific fodder practices and drive growth through field marketing, relationship building, and on-ground demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion
Promote high-quality silage and fodder products to dairy farmers, cattle owners, feed distributors, and livestock enterprises.
Conduct awareness sessions explaining:
What silage is: “Preserved green fodder stored anaerobically for long-term nutritional value.”
Benefits of quality forage: Higher milk yield, improved digestion, better fat percentage, and lower feed cost.
Educate farmers on The Science of JSS:
High-density packing → prevents nutrition loss
Harvesting at correct stage → ensures uniform quality
Proven inoculants → blocks fungi, toxins & wild yeast
Field Work & Demonstrations
Visit farms, dairies, and livestock units to explain and demonstrate silage usage.
Collect customer feedback and communicate product value via demonstrations and sample trials.
Build strong farmer relationships and convert leads into long-term customers.
Business Development
Identify new market opportunities in cattle, buffalo, sheep, goat, and horse feed segments.
Develop partnerships with dairy cooperatives, feed shops, veterinarians, nutritionists, and livestock associations.
Manage follow-ups, negotiate deals, and help expand market reach.
Brand Building
Represent the company at farmer meetings, agricultural events, exhibitions, and veterinary workshops.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Create digital and offline marketing content that highlights:
Safe, nutritious & consistent silage
High yield per day
Benefits for buffaloes, cows, sheep, goats & horses

Candidate Requirements
Passionate about animal feeding, dairy farming, livestock nutrition, or agriculture.
Basic understanding of fodder, feed quality, and farm operations (training can be provided).
Strong communication & farmer-interaction skills.
Willingness to travel and work on-field.
Sales or marketing experience in agriculture/dairy/livestock (preferred but not mandatory).
