TISS HRM & LR Forum HRM&LR Forum promotes competitive spirit and knowledge sharing by organizing summits, conclaves and the Annual Management and Cultural Fest, Manthan.

TISS HRM&LR Forum (previously known as Core Committee) has been launched in this academic year by keeping in mind the ever-growing need for branding TISS and its students. HRM&LR forum is taking a new shape by venturing into domains, which made TISS PMIR famous. The independent student clubs of the HRM&LR forum will also enhance the academic rigour of TISS through Guest Lectures, Round Table confe

rences with industry experts, giving the students a taste of industry expectations and trends. The forum also promotes competitive spirit and knowledge sharing by organizing debates, quizzes and the Annual management and cultural fest, Manthan. The scope of the Forum will also include corporate interactions, discussion forums, Manthan Talks and various Co-Curricular activities. HRM&LR Forum will also be responsible for enhancing and celebrating student skills in a variety of fields like arts, academics, music etc. The forum is also working towards organising a conference which serves as a common platform for thinkers and doers from all over the world and across the industries to come and enlighten the students with ideas. We
want our audience to seek out an occupation that gives them a sense of meaning, direction and satisfaction in life.
