Job Roles and Responsibilities
Relationship Manager
Making stipulated minimum telephonic calls daily as target set by the Supervisor
Meeting minimum number of clients daily as target set by the Supervisor
Daily update in CRM regarding daily planning, leads received
Leads to be converted into login and get it disbursed from Bank or NBFC which gives the best rates
Processing of loan applications, conducting due diligence, site visits, ensure compliance of terms & conditions as per sanctioned terms, compliant documentation etc.
Ensure all the loan related process/queries are taken care so that loan disbursal happens smoothly
Ensure timely disbursal of loan from leads received from Customers/RBAs
Ensure achievement of minimum 3X of billing of the cost month on month
Maintain relationships with business banking
Manage relationship with the customers by increasing business with existing clients and well as through Cross sell
Complete focus of Scheduling Meetings with Customers, with RupeeBoss Associates, Number of Logins, Cross Sell, Insurance, Number of Disbursal's on a daily basis.

Perform various financing activities as per the customers requirement
Increase wallet share by cross selling products to the customer

Educational qualifications:
Graduates/ Post Graduate/ MBA with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
