For Rent Khar W, Bandra Hi! Looking for a flatmate to share the apartment with an American girl working in Mumbai at a consulting firm. This room comes with its own bathroom (pictured).

It is a 2 Bedroom apartment- the building is brand new and the location is very convenient- on the border of Bandra and Khar (near Khar Gymkhana), and walking distance from plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Carter Rd if you like to run, etc. It’s about a 5-10 minute rickshaw ride (20 rupees) from both Khar and Bandra train stations. Located at the end of a lane away from the bus

y roads so at night it’s actually pretty quiet, a not-so-common luxury in Mumbai. The place is small but you won’t end up paying for space you don’t need. The place is fully furnished, kitchen is stocked with plates/bowls/utensils, pots/pans, etc, we have a washing machine in the apt and ACs in each room. A 12 month lease is preferable, but also willing to consider a shorter term arrangement. Preference will be given to someone who can move in September 1st or shortly after.
