Most organisations usually train their people on two types of skills. The first set of skills are required to perform activities directly related to your job. So if you are a software engineer, you would learn the latest programming platform or if you are an insurance salesman, you would learn the latest regulations set out by the regulatory authority. These skills are called technical skills. The

second set of skills pertains to making the best use of your environment. Skills like communication, people management, leadership etc. These are commonly known as soft skills. 1. This contest is eligible for students who have appeared/appearing for 10th and 11th class exams in 2020 in Hyderabad only.
2. Win upto INR 10,000/- per student as scholarship
3. For every correct answer, a scholarship of upto Rs.1,000/- would be given for studying in Kompass Academy Jr. College for MEC and CEC
4. The non-transferable scholarship can't be encashed nor converted into any other kind. This scholarship also can't be combined with any scholarship, in case offered by Kompass Academy on other grounds.
5. Daily prize winner will get a surprise gift hamper.
6. Daily prize winner will be announced the day after the question is posted on Facebook.
7. The Daily Winner prizes can be collected from Kompass Academy once the Covid19 lockdown is over.
