Her 10 year experience in training people and a constant study of newer fitness techniques has helped her create a unique exercise program which is fun, yet challenging and you're sure to end the workout feeling rejuvenated and more energetic! Fitness, according to Raina, is the ability of the body to live up to what the heart and mind desire. For some it could be as simple as being able to walk and perform their daily chores without difficulty for others it could mean being able to climb a mountain, run a marathon. She started out by working as a trainer and subsequently a consultant at Qi Lifecare Gym for over 5 years. She currently conducts semi private as well as private training sessions to help people achieve their fitness goals –

Learning a new skill stimulates neurons in the brain and forms more neural pathways allowing electrical impulses to travel faster between them...basically keeps you sharp and young .

Currently learning to play the harmonium and trying to figure out how to play ‘Raghupati Raghava...’. Starting on Republic Day I’m hoping to have it down by Independence Day 🇮🇳

Oh and maybe by next Republic Day I can sing it while playing the harmonium and dancing to it....all at the same time! 💃🏻 🎹 🎶

As we pride in multitasking, we could easily get burdened by the multiple things we need to complete. Practising mindfulness becomes even more important to alleviate anxiety, stay in the present and focus on the chore at hand.

Do what you ❤️ and you’ll ❤️ what you do....really it’s as simple as that!!! Sometime last month I created my wish list of 5 things I wanted to do.

1. .diwekar ‘s wellness retreat has been on top of my list since many years. I wanted to finally sign up for it this year but with the pandemic still in play not sure how possible it’s going to be - still high on the list
2. bundle created by .zaveri is an amazing initiative to give mom entrepreneurs the skills and tools to soar. Signed up 2 weeks ago and just attended my first very informative webinar with them yesterday by
3. Learning with the amazing has been on my mind since 2 years. Back in 2018 March just 2 days before my daughter was born I saw a workshop held by him and promised myself I’d enrol someday. Well, the online medium has made that possible.
4. Trying my hand at some tomorrow with the super talented .vora .in
5. And last but not the least, hope to join the for her oil making workshop end of the month.

Working out on surfaces with varying texture and pressure, challenges our system. Our feet suddenly wake up to adapt to the new surface and core activation happens as we try to find out balance. Here are a few equipment I use and my feet absolutely love them! 👣
