I have decided to focus on Coaching, Mentoring, Training startup entrepreneurs, small company owners, sales and marketing professionals.

How it all started!

Why some people are successful and others are not, is a question that always intrigued me. People with commerce or MBA backgrounds fail in business and work for much less educated and experienced business owners. People who are known as scholars in academics end up becoming low paid clerks and middle management persons. So on, so forth.

That led me to design a unique system which I call a "Quantum Success System" that can help you to understand and build success in any field of your interest.

It took me almost 7 years of vigorous study of neuroscience, behavioural sciences, positive psychology, mind-body-soul connection, natural laws and success principles. I had taken up many courses, spent thousands of hours listening to videos, audios and podcasts. Attended seminars and workshops of internationally reputed trainers, coaches, and mentors. Read many books on a wide variety of subjects.Spent lakhs of rupees on my self education.

DESIGN YOUR SUCCESS H2H WAY

Today I am going to share very personal failure openly. Even if one person improves from my failure, I would be more than happy.

It is in the area of health.

It was on 13th Nov'20, I had a heart attack and angioplasty, actually culmination of failure to take care of health focusing only on career and leading a stressful life.

After this episode, my focus shifted to in the order of,
1 HAPPINESS
2 HEALTH
3 MONEY

My lifestyle has changed completely,

- I go for walking for 10-15 minutes after every meal

- Do light body priming exercises

- Meditate for about 45 mins to 1 hour

- Read "Think and Grow Rich" book everyday apart from many other personal development books

- Learn from Bob Proctor, Dr.Joe Dispenza, Sadhguru, Mindvalley YouTube videos and podcasts

I have minimised things that were causing stress and organized life around more meaningful things.

I have experienced what Robert H Schuller said in "Success is never ending, and failure is never final"

"If you have failed, don't dismay, it could be the very best thing that ever happened to you."
Because of your Loss you may now be free to make a change that you should have made a long time ago, but never would have had the courage to attempt.

It was in the year 2015, after leaving my corporate job, worked very hard at my start-up. Worked day and night by travelling extensively but the returns were less than what I expected.

However, in my next startup I have put very calculated efforts with focus on high yielding activities. Today I work less hours but producing far greater results.

Did it happen with you anytime?

I found the following text from 10X Rule by Grant Cardone very apt.

"Whatever the method may be, the successful don't think in terms of hard work (even though they are, of course, willing to work hard). Instead, they figure out how to work "smart" and handle the situation by finding and using the right approach until they succeed."
