1. GST Certificate Copy
2. Adhaar Copy
3. Pan Card
4. Rent Agreement
5. Latest Electricity Bill
6. Current Bank A/c Cancel Cheque
7. Purchase Bill copy
8. Sales Bill Copy
9. To put sign board at your work place which should include the following :- Name of the Firm, Address and GST Number
All the above documents should consist address same as mentioned in the GST Portal.
