RESIDENCE AT MUKTESWAR- Residence in the hills of Uttarakhand (2015) was designed to blend with the natural landscape, adopting a stepped terrace form to ensure Himalayan views from every room. Structurally, it is an RCC framed system with seismic considerations, supported on stepped foundations along natural contours, integrated retaining walls, and a flat plate slab system to eliminate latak beams and maintain clear load paths.

Project: Vidya Devi Jindal Para Medical College
Location: Agroha, Haryana
The building adopts an RCC flat slab system with drop panels and mushroom-shaped flared column heads, allowing larger column spans, flexible academic planning, and clean beam-free soffits. The flared column heads enhance punching shear capacity while creating a visually light, floating ceiling expression, particularly evident in the library spaces.
