Vectus has been the pioneer in establishing Blow molding technology as an alternative method to Rotational molding for commonly used water storage tanks. Since the water tanks are hollow and voluminous, Vectus has established manufacturing facilities in eight locations in India. They have manufacturing facility in Kashipur (Uttarakhand), Sikanderabad (Uttar Pradesh), Gwalior(Madhya Pradesh), Raipur (Chattisgarh), Jaipur (Rajasthan), Tumkur (Karnataka), Jammu (J&K) and Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh).The pipes and fittings are manufactured in four locations, those are Haridwar(Uttarakhand), Kashipur (Uttarakhand), Tumkur (Karnataka) and Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh). Vectus is involved in manufacturing of almost all kinds of popular plumbing pipes and fittings. It’s comprehensive range includes PPR piping, CPVC piping, PVC pressure plumbing, HDPE piping, Composite plumbing, SWR (Soil Waste and Rain water) piping. All the products are made as per various applicable Indian and world standards. Vectus has a very strong presence trough out the length and breadth of the country. It has a very bid dealer and distributer network. It has a formidable presence in almost all the states of the country. Vectus group has recently signed a technical collaboration with Floteks, Turkey (www.plastikmenhol.com ) for manufacturing of PE manholes and underground storage systems in India. The manholes are made as per EN 13598 – 2 standards and are widely used for infrastructural requirement all over the world. Floteks , Turkey is one of the most advanced rotational molding company in the world. With this collaboration Vectus would be bringing state of the art rotomolding technology to India. This plant is being commissioned on the already existing factory at Tumkur, Karnataka. Vectus has also ventured out of India to growing markets of Africa and have established “Vectus Kenya Limited” as a joint venture with local partners. The company would manufacture Blow & Rotational Moulded Water Tanks & PPR Piping Systems. This plant is located near Nairobi,Kenya in East Africa and started the production in October 2013.
