Qualification & Skills :

* Master's degree in Operation Management, or related field.

Responsibilities & Duties :-

* To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

* To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the MD by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.

* Book and arrange MD’s travel, transport and accommodation.

* Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the MD are met.

* To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive.

* To provide support for Board of Director meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points.

* Supporting the Chief Executive to keep the Board of Director informed about the work of the organization and their appropriate training and induction.

* To service meetings of the Senior Management Team by drafting and collating papers and reports, preparing manageable agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions points.

* To plan and manage key organizational events such as; AGM, Staff meetings, Strategy days, Staff briefings and others as required.

* Prepare and reconcile expenses of the MD.

* Reminding the MD and Executive Group of important tasks and deadlines.

* Manage MD’s personal & official databases and filing system.

शुक्रवार को पेटीएम के शेयर (Paytm share price) में 20 प्रतिशत तक की गिरावट आई. भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने पेटीएम पेमेंट्स बैंक लिमिटेड को किसी भी ग्राहक खाते, प्रीपेड साधन, वॉलेट एवं फास्टैग में 29 फरवरी 2024 के बाद जमा या टॉप-अप स्वीकार न करने का बुधवार को निर्देश दिया था. इसके बाद कंपनी के शेयर में लगातार गिरावट आ रही है.पेटीएम का स्टॉक बीएसई पर 20 प्रतिशत लोअर सर्किट लिमिट में 487.05 रुपये के लेवल पर लॉक हुआ. बता दें कि Paytm के शेयर 2 दिन में 40% गिरे हैं.
