Job Description: Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience, who is passionate about building scalable web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our team to develop, maintain, and enhance our products using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain REST APIs using Node.js.
Design, optimize, and manage databases in MySQL.
Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
Develop cross-platform mobile applications using FlutterFlow.
Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Technical Skills Required

Backend: Node.js (Express / Nest.js frameworks will be a plus)
Database: MySQL (strong knowledge of database design, indexing, and optimization)
Frontend: React.js (including Redux / Hooks)
API: Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Mobile: FlutterFlow (or familiarity with Flutter is a plus)
Proficient in writing and maintaining clear technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Good understanding of cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud) is a plus.
Ability to work in an agile environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Summary:
The CCTV & Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, installing, and maintaining wireless CCTV networks and supporting network components to ensure secure and efficient surveillance operations. This role involves end-to-end setup, including product selection, firewall and router configuration, and ongoing system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CCTV Wireless Network Design
Design wireless network solutions for CCTV systems, ensuring high coverage, reliability, and security.
Conduct site assessments to plan and optimize network layout and equipment placement.

2. Product Selection
Evaluate and select appropriate CCTV cameras, wireless access points, and network hardware.
Assess hardware and software options based on performance, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Installation and Configuration
Set up and configure CCTV systems, routers, switches, and firewalls according to project specifications.
Integrate hardware components, including wireless transmitters, access points, and cameras, for a cohesive network solution.

4. Support and Monitoring
Monitor CCTV networks and connected devices for optimal performance and potential security threats.
Troubleshoot network or hardware issues, performing repairs or replacements as necessary.

5. Firewall Configuration and Support
Configure firewalls to ensure network security and control traffic flow for CCTV systems.
Update firewall rules and perform regular security checks to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Switch and Router Configuration, Support, and Monitoring
Set up and configure switches and routers to ensure efficient network performance.
Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of networking equipment to avoid disruptions and improve response times.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in CCTV wireless network design and configuration.
Proficiency in firewall configuration, switch and router setup, and network security practices.
Experience with network monitoring tools and system diagnostics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of IP-based surveillance systems and advanced security protocols.
Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, and other major network hardware brands.
Experience in remote monitoring and support tools.
