The last few weeks have been nothing short of eye-opening. We set out to talk about multi-generational leadership and what we got back was so much more.

We got a front-row seat to how organisations and teams across the board are seeing, using, and leveraging the power of every generation in the room.

And the biggest takeaway? The difference between generations isn't a gap to manage. It's a strength to lead with.
