📝 Job Description – HR Executive / Payroll Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handling employee attendance, payroll, and full & final settlements
• Computation of monthly wages and remuneration
• Ensuring statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare laws, etc.
• Maintenance of statutory registers, quarterly & annual labour department returns
• Managing health cards of food handlers
• Implementing and managing performance review processes (quarterly, annual & 360° evaluations)
• Monitoring HR policies and ensuring employee compliance
• Managing employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Measuring and tracking employee retention and turnover
• Overseeing day-to-day HR operations
• Handling recruitment and manpower hiring for various units

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

👤 Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of payroll management experience
