1.Develop Analytical Skill
2 solid understanding of Macro & Micro economics.
3.Critical Thinking (Out of box thinking)-Because we are too bookish
4. Should have high interests in Financial Market(passion).
5 Develop Soft Skills .

Note : India is expected to be the fastest growing market for Investment Professionals, growing by 33 percent in the next decade.As per my belief India will be Hub for the investments.Therefore finance professionals or new management graduates needs to focus on the above and there is no reason they will not get good job in the financial markets.

As per the Standford Research Institute today's employers seek 75 percent soft skills and 25 percent Technical skills from the new recruits.
