Chapli Kebab Banane ka Tarika | Original Peshawari Chapli Kabab Recipe | Chapli Kabab Recipe by Neelu's Flavour Fix



Welcome back to Neelu's Flavour Fix! Today, I’m sharing the secret to making the most authentic, juicy, and crispy Peshawari Chapli Kebabs at home. Whether it’s for a family dinner or your Ramadan Iftar table, these kebabs are always a crowd-pleaser. I’ve shared special tips in this video to ensure your kebabs don’t break and stay moist inside!

Ingredients:

Minced Meat (Mutton): 500g
Onions (Finely chopped & squeezed): 2 medium
Green Chillies: 7-8 (Adjust to taste)
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Tikka Masala - Tikka Masala
Kasturi Meethi -1 1tsp
Salt (adjust to taste) - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves Thoda chopped kiya hua
Use 2 - 3 cloves (long), 1 tsp ghee and coal to give smoke.
Fresh cream- 1/2 cup
Butter or Oil: For shallow frying

Method Highlights:

Mixing the meat with crushed spices for that authentic aroma.

The secret "squeeze" technique for onions to prevent breaking.

Frying on medium-low heat for that perfect charred exterior.

Crispy Homemade Chicken Nuggets Recipe | Better Than McDonald’s! 🍟

Make your Ramadan Iftar extra special with these ultra-crispy, juicy Homemade Chicken Nuggets! Skip the store-bought frozen packs and try this easy, budget-friendly recipe that you can make in bulk and freeze for the entire month. Perfectly seasoned and kid-approved!

Ingredients

For the Chicken Mixture:

500g Chicken Mince (Keema) or Boneless Breast
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Paprika or Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 slices of Bread (soaked in milk/water and squeezed)
Salt to taste

For the Coating:

All-purpose Flour (Maida)
2 Eggs (beaten with a pinch of salt and pepper)
Breadcrumbs (Panko works best for extra crunch!)

Instructions:

Prep the Mix: Blend the chicken, spices, soy sauce, and bread slices in a food processor until it forms a smooth paste.

Shape: Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into nuggets or use a cookie cutter.

The Coating Station: Coat each nugget first in flour, then dip in the egg wash, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.

Freeze/Fry: At this stage, you can freeze them on a tray for 2 hours before transferring to a zip-lock bag. Or, deep fry/air fry until golden brown and crispy!

Tandoori Chicken Fajita Parcels Recipe | Easy Ramadan Snacks 2026 | Chicken Box Patties | Neelu's Flavour Fix



Looking for a unique Iftar snack? Try these Tandoori Chicken Fajita Parcels! We are combining the smoky, spicy kick of Indian Tandoori flavors with the crunch of Mexican Fajita veggies, all wrapped up in a crispy, cheesy parcel.

These are perfect for Ramadan 2026 because they are easy to prep in advance and freeze. No more last-minute stress in the kitchen!

Ingredients:

For the Tandoori Marinade:
300g Chicken Breast (boneless, cut into small cubes)
2 tbsp Thick Yogurt (Curd)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1.5 tbsp Tandoori Masala
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste

For the Fajita Filling:

1 tbsp Oil/Butter
1/2 cup Onion (sliced)
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum)
1/2 cup Red/Yellow Bell Peppers
1 tsp Soy Sauce (optional for twist)

Assembling:

6-8 Flour Tortillas (or large Samosa sheets)
1 cup Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Flour Paste (Maida + Water) for sealing
Oil for shallow frying

Quick Instructions:

Marinate: Mix chicken with yogurt and spices. Let it sit for 15-20 mins.

Cook Chicken: Pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked.

Add Veggies: Toss in the onions and peppers. Sauté on high heat for 2 minutes (keep them crunchy!).

Assemble: Place filling in the center of a tortilla, top with plenty of cheese.

Fold: Fold into a square/box shape and seal the edges with flour paste.

Fry: Shallow fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Tips for Iftar:

Make Ahead: You can assemble these parcels and freeze them in a Ziploc bag for up to 2 weeks. Just fry directly from frozen (on low heat initially)!
Serving: Serve with Mint Chutney or a Garlic Mayo dip.
