On 31st January 2026, ANSEC organised a special motivational session dedicated to our security personnel. We were privileged to have Commodore Vikram Bakshi, an esteemed leader and former officer of the Indian Navy, address our team.

Drawing from his vast experience in leadership, discipline, and national service, he shared powerful insights on commitment, responsibility, teamwork, and integrity. Through inspiring real-life experiences from his years of service, he highlighted how discipline, alertness, and strong values play a vital role not only in defence forces but also in the everyday responsibilities of security professionals.

His motivating words encouraged our guards to take pride in their role and continue performing their duties with dedication and confidence.

The session was truly enriching and reinforced the importance of leadership, resilience, and a strong sense of duty in ensuring safety and security.

On 31st January 2026, Ansec organised a special motivational session dedicated to our security personnel. We were honoured to host Umesh Zirpe, a renowned Indian mountaineer and recipient of the prestigious Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award.

Having successfully climbed Mount Everest, he shared his incredible journey of determination, resilience, and teamwork from the world’s highest peak.

Through powerful real-life experiences from his expeditions, he inspired our security guards with lessons on discipline, courage, mental strength, and perseverance—qualities that are equally important in their everyday duty of ensuring safety and security.

The session was truly inspiring and reminded us that with determination, teamwork, and the right mindset, even the toughest challenges can be overcome.
