That’s where most organisations go wrong.
They spend on systems, tools, apps…
But don’t spend time on what really moves the needle — people, culture, and purpose.

🛠️ New tools can support change, But they can’t be the change.

Real transformation happens when:

What an incredible two days at PMI Mumbai's !

🎤 Had the honor of joining a panel discussion on AI as Your Co-Pilot 🚀, a topic that's transforming industries and the future of project management.

We explored how AI empowers project managers, enhancing decision-making, and automating routine tasks, allowing us to focus on high-impact areas.

Also discussed was how AI fosters Diversity & Inclusion by reducing biases and creating more equitable workplaces.

AI isn't here to replace us but to enhance our capabilities and be our "co-pilot" as we navigate the evolving world of work.

This was truly a moment of learning and sharing with passionate professionals!

Feeling inspired after attending the Vyaapar Jagat Summit 2024 at the prestigious Bombay Stock Exchange over the last two days! 🎉✨

This summit brought together visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers, all focused on shaping the future of business.

My key takeaways -
Digital transformation is not an option, it’s a necessity for MSMEs aiming to scale and succeed.

The empowerment of women entrepreneurs is crucial, and it was amazing to witness the dedication to ensuring equal opportunities.
Collaboration and networking are powerful tools for growth and innovation.
