Job Description:
Understanding Job Requirements. (IT and Non-IT)
Sourcing the relevant profiles from a job portal.
Using other sourcing techniques like referral, portal, contact conversion.
Telephonic screening of the sourced profiles.
Lining up candidates according to the parameters.
Interview coordination.
Achieving and exceeding the set targets.
Hiring for Pan India , MiddleEast , Australuia Location.
What we require:
Experience of minimum 1 year in a similar role (and you loved it)
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated attitude, and a result-oriented outlook
High degree of client orientation and true service oriented mindset
An effective communicator; you know how to speak with people at all levels.
Demonstrate successful Lead generation, new market pe*******on and high volume sourcing of qualified candidates for open positions. Sharing a sense of urgency at all times with Recruiting colleagues.
Manage and oversee professional and technical relationships with associates and candidates to build professional contacts/networks, and achieve a pro-active approach to sales, recruiting and candidate acquisition in respective markets.
