New Product Design and Development: The new product development starts once the buyer approves on our sourced products which are sent through photo presentations or provide their own designs and drawings. The production starts only after the final approval from buyer. We also provide new product designs from our vendors on regular basis and when new vendor introduced with us. Competitive Price Neg
otiations: We negotiate prices with our vendors on behalf of our buyers. Also try to set for the target price of our clients. We negotiate for the same prices for same quality the buyer wants to the best possible. Negotiating the best prices from reputed suppliers and do double check with other vendors as well. Laboratory Testing: We make sure that products are tested and cleared the QA and transit test with the nominated testing agency only. We do pre inspection of samples and suggest the pre measures and packaging to get the product passed in transit and QA test in first attempt only. Order Ex*****on and Quality Control: Orders are closely monitored from sampling to shipment. Status on sampling, production and shipment are transmitted to buyers regularly. We maintain a pro-active approach towards identification of problem areas and corrective measures are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries. Our quality monitoring system pertaining to production has two stages as explained below :
1. Prototype & Pre Production Procedure: The production starts only once the sample produced by the vendor is up to the mark, approved by buyer. The sample is used by us for due verification with the production.
2. Mass Production: After approval, the production starts on a full fledge scale. Our quality controllers ensure that quality is maintained throughout production process. Our Q.C. do frequent visit to factories and do quality control during each and every stage of production. We interfere on the every stages of production i.e. selection of raw material, lamination of planks, machining, assembly, sanding, finishing and packaging to achieve the best of quality by minimizing the waste of material and processing time benefited by cost effective and within a specified time frame. Managing Shipping and Logistics: All the shipping documentation are also coordinated by us to make sure that the shipment is onboard on confirmed vessel. Following services are provided under shipping controlling:
1. Consolidation with more then one vendor.
2. Verification of documents before presenting it to buyer.
3. Co-ordination with nominated forwarder in special cases to make sure that the shipment is sailed on confirmed vessel. We keep ourselves updated with latest and changing trends of colors, designs and product categories. Travelling Assistance & Support: We accompany our buyers on their buying visits, factory visits and inspection visits. We help them with and arrange their itinerary and accommodation on their visits. We let our buyer familiar with the Exim business policy of the country, its culture, customs and tradition to make their visit fruitful and enjoyable. Social Compliance Audits: Child labor and other labor related issues keep coming up in developing and under developed countries. It is our endeavor to work with factories who provide Safe and Healthy working environment for the workers. Our Q&A team regularly verify the documents and discuss with the vendor about the action taken by factory to rectify the observations found during the audit from the buyer’s auditor.
