Please find below the job responsibility for IB and OB.
Inbound – Candidate needs to help customer on query, request and complaint. Examples are as under.
1. Customer may query on Price of vehicle.
2. Customer may request for a discount on a vehicle or service on breakdown.
3. Customer may complaint on a service.
Outbound – It includes, Sales, after sale service or feedback survey. Examples are as under.
1. A customer might have enquired/inquired about a vehicle in one of the TATA showroom but didn’t purchase. Leads get generated on those customer and CCE need to call that customer may convert that customer into a buyer or prospective buyer.
2. Customer has bought new TATA vehicle. CCE need to call those customers about his experience.
3. A customer got his vehicle serviced in one of TATA service centre. CCE need to call the customer ask for the feedback for the service
