ERP :- SHOULD HAVE HAD EXPOSURE TO ERP – SAP OR ANY ERP
Should have handled Multiple 200/300 BOM Items.
Our product categories are : HR and CR Steel, Steel forgings, castings, bolts, nuts & hardware, bought out components made of machined steel or plastic, injection moulded plastic parts, machinery spares, Capital Goods Machinery
Should have good knowledge on costing of the above product categories that he is familiar with.
Cost reduction: Should have worked On Cost Reduction Projects – Please check for Instances
Sound knowledge of how to manage a supply chain/ Procurement Start to Finish ’ - from ordering to follow ups to ensuring that products are in the plant by the ‘required date’.
Should be Sound in determining the Right pricing for the products and should sound Market intelligence about the pricing of products
Person must be sharp in approach
We will prefer early joining - willing to pay early joining bonus for someone who is a very good fit and can Join us early
Integrity : Person to be High on Integrity for the said role , considering he will work with multiple vendors & Business Partners.
