So here is a thought for every leader.

If your sales team spends their days under pressure, fear of targets, and lack of recognition, they may still survive.

They will not thrive.

Salespeople must feel valued, supported, and trusted.

Growth happens when they are empowered, not threatened.

Give them a clear career path

Reward their effort, not just numbers

Recognize their role in building the business

Promote them when they lead from the front

Celebrate them, because they are your brand on the field

Sales is not just another department.

Sales is the engine that drives every department.

Treat your sales team with respect and they will take your company to places you never imagined.

A winning organization is not run by pressure. It rises through belief.

"रावण" ने हमें कॉर्पोरेट सबक सिखाया

मैंने हाल ही में आशुतोष राणा का एक सशक्त प्रदर्शन देखा, जहां वह रावण के रूप में लक्ष्मण से शत्रु (शत्रु) और मित्र (मित्र) को समझने के बारे में बात करते हैं।
