Too Many Mosquitoes in house ?
Follow these simple measures to control them
1) See that water is not stagnant in and around your house.
2) The lids of Over Head Water Tankers inside and on the terrace of
your house should always be kept closed.
3) Let us see that water is not stored for long in all the junk like
unused or condemned items like rubber tyres, plastic/polythene
containers etc., placed in and around our houses. As it breeds
mosquitoes, remove it immediately.
4) Weeds are the breeding places of mosquitoes. Remove them and
replace it with Tulsi, Pudina, Citronelaa Grass, Lemon grass etc as
they control the movement of mosquitoes to some extent.
5) See that the sewage water is not stagnant in and around the
house. Every drop of water from your house should be diverted
either to Rain-water-harvesting pit or to the drain. Close down
immediately if any pits, wet ditches, small trenches around your
house, which may store water for long.
