SPORTS CITY AT MANGAON
The sports city has been proposed at Mangaon a few km away from the Mumbai goa highway. The site spread over almost 100 acres mainly comprises of the sports university and a stadium ground along with sports facilities. The sports city also consists of residential area, educational spaces, a mall, A hospital and a 3-star hotel. The main purpose of these activities in one of the zones in the site is to promote recreational activities and attract large no of people to the sports city along with that, the objective is to promote sports tourism.
The concept behind planning the sports city is to have sports institution for those who wish to pursue their career in the sports fields. The site being close to Mumbai and Pune is an advantage for the people that they will get an opportunity to play their favourite sports with family, friends, etc. This sports city aims at increasing the awareness about sports and its importance within people and encourage them to take the benefits of well-equipped sports facilities.

Lately got an appointment as 'Accredited Architect' with M.I.D.C., We can get construction started before approvals come in. Advantage is, our Industrial client saves time and can start production early.
Also, we deal in getting incentive of 50% extra FSI offered by MIDC on premium. It needs special process for permissions, recently we got this done for 'M/S Powermaster' at Mahape industrial area. This is a great advantage for manufacturing units going for expansion.
