Over the past few months, our people at Raychem RPG have come together to support community initiatives across education, sustainability and skill development.
We kicked off the season with The Akshaya Patra Foundation, packing over 150 learning kits to give young students a confident start to their school year.
On World Environment Day, we visited Signal Shala, turning leftover office packaging into creative eco-pledge boards with the kids.
We also hosted two sessions with Pehlay Akshar Foundation, leading career readiness workshops for alumni and sharing everyday workplace skills with educators.
To round out the series, our team joined NGO Kshamata Kult for a hands-on block- printing workshop celebrating community craftsmanship.
Big changes start with simple, consistent efforts and genuine human connection.
