He has served as a Resource Person for training the selected students in and around Salem Educational District, who will be participating in the “Young Scientist Contest” which will be held in New Delhi, every year, the 4th week of December, which will be presiding over by President of India. Being organized by Tamil Nadu Science Forum, Salem, he used the opportunity to train and coach the students from different schools, in particular from remote village schools. He has involved himself and done this project to serve the students’ fraternity for continuous five years. He had immense satisfaction means students received rewards and awards. And he has coached the students in Malaysia and UAE (Dubai) countries also. He strongly believes that “Coaching unlocks people’s potential to maximize their performance”. And a Coach can help a performer/Executive/Leader to aware and remove or reduce their internal obstacles which limit their performance, to learn an unexpected natural ability, and the performance will occur without the need for much technical input from the coach. And he believes that internal obstacles are often more discouraging than external ones. He is very much interested in human behavior and has studied it deeply using Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Motivational Interviewing Techniques, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Habit Mastery Programming, Counselling Techniques, and Modern management practices. He is a seasoned Success coach & NLP trainer who can understand human behavior and facilitate business owners, entrepreneurs, and senior executives by creating a proper environment so that they emerge with solutions to their problems and challenges to attain their desired results. He empowers people by focusing more on the “Internal structure transformations”, by creating an environment to bring awareness through his unique ability to uncover their hidden resources so that they can achieve what they want and become abundantly successful. He strongly believes all are highly potential and have all resources within.

Had the privilege of listening to and interacting with Senator Saraswathy Kandasami, Deputy Minister of National Unity, Malaysia, during the Malaysia–Tamilnadu Business Meet 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, organized by Seyal Forum.

I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Malaysia – Tamil Nadu Business Summit 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, organized by Seyal Forum.

It was truly inspiring to listen to Dato R. Ramanathan, President of the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Chairman of IS IKHLAS SUCI (M) SDN. BHD, as he shared powerful insights on collaboration, business synergy, and collective growth.

I also felt proud to present my Tamil book, “Imaalaya Vettrikku Iragasiyangal”, to Dato R. Ramanathan — and I am deeply grateful for the gracious way he received it.
