Negative thoughts vs. positive thoughts. 👀
If I were to ask you which you'd think are most productive, you'd naturally say positive.
However, most of us spend a great deal of time entertaining negative thoughts. These thoughts often stem from regrets of the past, fears of the future, blame, and unhealthy comparisons.
The next time you find yourself ruminating over a negative thought, I want you to ask yourself if it is useful. If it is a legitimate concern, take action on it. If it is irrational, in the past, or out of your control, let it go. Replace it with a positive affirmation.
