⚡ A reliable product isn't tested at one voltage—it should perform across real-world operating conditions.
Power fluctuations are common in industrial environments. If an embedded product cannot tolerate variations in the input supply, reliability in the field can quickly become a concern.
In this demonstration, our engineering team is validating the onboard 230V AC to 12V DC (1A) power supply by testing it across a wide input voltage range of 90V AC to 300V AC.
The objective is to verify stable operation under varying input conditions before the design moves further in the product development process.
This validation helps us evaluate:
✔ Stable 12V output across the input range
✔ Power supply functionality under varying line voltages
✔ Hardware reliability before production
✔ Confidence in real-world operating conditions
Engineering isn't just about designing a circuit that works in the lab. It's about validating that it continues to perform reliably when exposed to the conditions customers experience every day.
At Blackfox Embedded Solutions, every prototype goes through systematic hardware validation to improve reliability, reduce field failures, and prepare designs for production.
Reliable products are built through engineering. Trusted products are built through validation.
