Position: Senior Engineer – Modeling & Automation (Aerospace / Automotive Domain)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented engineer with strong experience in modeling, automation, and Linux-based systems for cutting-edge projects in the Aerospace and Automotive domains. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain system and software models for embedded and real-time applications in aerospace and automotive environments.
• Design and automate workflows using Python, shell scripting, and Linux-based toolchains.
• Integrate and validate models with simulation environments, hardware-in-loop (HIL), and software-in-loop (SIL) setups.
• Support system integration, configuration management, and test automation on Linux platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define modeling requirements, validate algorithms, and ensure compliance with domain-specific standards (e.g., DO-178C, ISO 26262).
• Contribute to performance optimization, debugging, and system-level analysis.

Required Skills
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Aerospace or Automotive software/systems development.
• Strong background in Model-Based Design (MBD), simulation tools, or system modeling methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, including data handling, automation, and integration with modeling tools.
• Expertise with Linux OS, including scripting, debugging, and build environments.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and build systems (Make, CMake, Jenkins, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Modelica, or equivalent modeling frameworks.
• Exposure to embedded targets or real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Knowledge of safety-critical development standards such as DO-178C (Aerospace) or ISO 26262 (Automotive).
• Familiarity with static/dynamic analysis tools and code quality metrics.
