In una domenica di pioggia non vuoi regalarti una mattinata con il tuo barbecue?!
Ho sfruttato la mattinata della scorsa domenica preparando uno spezzatino è vero, ma non uno semplice spezzatino!
Questo taglio di carne, nello specifico cappello del prete, tagliato a cubetti è stato immerso in un bagno di birra(rigorosamente ! Il boccale era solo per prendere la giusta dose )e , durante la cottura, accompagnato con delle patate dolci: il risultato?
La patata dolce si è sfaldata ed ha creato una crema che ha avvolto tutta la nostra preparazione creando un contrasto avvolgente tra l'amarezza del luppolo e la dolcezza della patata!

I took advantage of the morning of last Sunday by preparing a stew, it's true, but not a simple stew!
This cut of meat, specifically the priest's hat, cut into cubes was immersed in a bath of beer (strictly ! The jug was only to get the right dose) and, during cooking, accompanied with sweet potatoes: the result?
The sweet potato fell apart and created a cream that enveloped our entire preparation, creating an enveloping contrast between the bitterness of the hops and the sweetness of the potato!
