Once upon a time, it was 2016 🤍

If I had to describe this year with a single word, it would be COMMITMENT.

Professionally, it has been one of the most demanding years since 2019. A year of stepping into the unknown and trusting the process:

• I spoke and mentored at events within my industry.
• I consolidated new brands and worked on multiple new projects.
• At , we delivered more than 7.000 items made by us: shoes, handbags, and jackets.
• The team changed and grew significantly… 12 people between turnover and expansion.
• My office transformed again and again to adapt to new needs.
• I managed in parallel two completely different companies: one B2B service business and one B2C product brand.

It was a year in which, by surrendering to the process and trusting my capabilities, I proved to myself that I am capable of far more than I once believed. Because in surrender there is acceptance, freedom, and ultimately, growth.

It was also a deeply personal year. In the attempt to find myself again after motherhood, I lost myself many times, only to rediscover the 35-year-old version of me: with a family, a changed body, less time for herself, but far greater clarity. I learned to delegate, to let go, to surround myself better, and to accept not only that I cannot do everything, but that I no longer want to do everything.

A year of self-analysis, pivoting, and breaking through constant bottlenecks.

What a year.

It’s late, you’re cutting fabric from home, you forgot the weights… So you reach for the most honest solution: your past. 🤣🍷

I learned shoes by making them.
By asking questions, by failing, by trying again.

I’ve spent years behind the scenes with suppliers, factories, and craftsmen, because I believe leadership starts on the floor, not in the office.

Whatever your field, the best way to lead is to understand the process. Get your hands dirty. Respect the work. Learn by doing.

Behind the scenes, from 34 to 35 ✨

I often speak about work—lessons, wins, setbacks—but rarely about my personal life. Yet this is what fuels it all: my energy, my rhythm, my why.

Motherhood changed everything. For a while, I didn’t recognize myself—not in my style, my pace, or even my passions. It impacted my work (for better and worse), but mostly, it pushed me into a deep process of reconnection.

This past year, I gave myself more space—to meet the new version of me, to reconnect with the old one, to live more in the present, and to care for myself again.

So here’s to 35. To quiet moments, deep friendships, family time, and letting go of what no longer serves.

Happy birthday to me ❤️
