- Small experience pill - Burner

A flame burning correctly tends to be of an intense blue colour. This colour indicates complete combustion of the fuel. The flame remains stable and constant, without significant flickering or fluctuations. This indicates a proper mixture of fuel and combustion air. The shape of the flame, finally, indicates the achievement of an adequate stoichiometric ratio, the right compromise between a rich or lean mixture, complete combustion of the fuel gas, and excellent combustion efficiency.
Before Tuning:
- Inefficient Combustion: The burner have exhibited signs of inefficient combustion, which can lead to incomplete fuel combustion, excess emissions, and wasted energy.
- Poor Flame Quality: The flame was unstable, uneven, or exhibited characteristics such as flickering and yellowing, indicating suboptimal combustion conditions.
- Incorrect Air-Fuel Ratio: The air-fuel mixture was imbalanced, with too little air relative to the fuel being supplied.

After Tuning:
- Improved Combustion Efficiency: Tuning the burner likely resulted in improved combustion efficiency, ensuring that a larger proportion of the fuel is burned completely, reducing waste and emissions.
- Enhanced Flame Stability: Tuning corrected the issues with flame stability, resulting in a steady, blue flame with minimal flickering or disruptions.
- Optimized Air-Fuel Ratio: The tuning process adjusted the air-fuel ratio to achieve the ideal balance, maximizing combustion efficiency and minimizing emissions.
