👋 Hello, this is a review of a villa from a developer, so in this case there is the possibility of financing for up to ten years 🏦 Parco Roma is a gated condominium where residents live all year round 👨👩👧👦 It is located on a slope, so there is high humidity here no, And in the summer there is always a light sea breeze blowing 🌊 The distance to the sea is about 800 meters in a straight line and 1.5 km on foot, so about 20 minutes ⛱️ In the summer there is a paid shuttle from the park, but you can also use a regular bus 🚍There is a minimarket five minutes from the house , vegetable and meat shops, bakery and two pizzerias, all open in the summer season 🍕Villeta is located in a quiet side street next to the park, there is a parking space 🅿️ The house has a large living room with an open kitchen and two bedrooms🏡 The condition of the house is close to new, all the work is fresh, in my opinion it does not require additional investments, unless you want to install solar panels or a water heater 🤩 The house is furnished with everything you need, there is a fireplace and air conditioning 👍 I would also recommend installing roller blinds on your deck ☝️
