Struck under the reign of Philip IV of Spain, this exceptional 4-Scudi gold coin (also known as a Quadrupla) from the Milan mint dates back to 1630. The obverse features a crowned and armored bust with the classic Spanish collar, while the reverse presents a regal crowned coat of arms flanked by palm branches.

A remarkable relic of baroque numismatics; rare, powerful, and rich in history.
