One for my family, made the classic way, and one especially for me, because I follow a gluten-free diet — gluten-free and sugar-free, but still incredibly soft, creamy, moist and full of apples. 🍏✨
Having a different diet doesn’t mean missing out on the good stuff. Sometimes you just make your own version. 🤎

✨ Today marks 14 years since I came to Italy. 🇮🇹❤️

14 years ago, I arrived in Italy with a plan: to study business and build my future.

But God had other plans for me. 🙏

The path I imagined wasn't the path I ended up walking. There were unexpected turns, challenges, sacrifices, changes, moments of doubt, and many lessons along the way. Some things took much longer than I expected, and some dreams changed completely.

But looking back today, I can see how much I have grown through it all.

I learned to keep going when things didn't go according to plan. I discovered new strengths, new opportunities, and a different direction for my life.

Today, I don't just celebrate 14 years in Italy. I celebrate the person I have become, the challenges I have overcome, and every achievement—big and small—that brought me here.

Above all, I thank God. ❤️🙏
Thank You for Your protection, Your guidance, Your blessings, and even the unexpected roads I didn't understand at the time.

I came with my own plans, but God was writing a different story.

14 years later, the journey is still unfolding. ✨
And I trust Him with the chapters still to come. 🙏❤️🇮🇹
