Schedule: 20–30 hours per week

Thee Agency is seeking a reliable and compassionate Male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual in Annandale, NJ.

We are looking for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals achieve greater independence, build meaningful connections, and participate fully in their community.

Responsibilities Include:
✅ Providing individualized support based on the person’s needs and goals
✅ Assisting with daily routines and promoting independence
✅ Supporting community outings, activities, and skill development
✅ Encouraging personal growth and meaningful engagement
✅ Maintaining professional and compassionate documentation

Qualifications:
✔ Male support staff preferred
✔ Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
✔ DDD experience preferred
✔ Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
✔ CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dedicated NJ DDD Supports Broker to join our team!

💻 Remote Opportunity Available

$20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Required Qualification:
✅ Must have completed The Boggs Center – Orientation to Supports Brokerage (OSB) Training

As a Supports Broker with Thee Agency, you will work alongside individuals receiving NJ DDD self-directed services to provide guidance, advocacy, and coordination focused on what matters most to them. You will help individuals navigate resources, explore opportunities, and create meaningful plans that support their independence and personal goals.

✨ Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting individuals in identifying and achieving their personal goals
• Assisting with community resources, housing opportunities, and self-directed services
• Providing advocacy while ensuring the individual’s choices remain at the center of planning
• Collaborating with individuals, families, Support Coordinators, and community partners
• Maintaining accurate documentation and providing ongoing coordination and support

💙 We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
• Completed Boggs Center Orientation to Supports Brokerage Training (required)
• Experience working with NJ DDD self-directed services
• Knowledge of DDD processes, resources, and person-centered planning
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for advocacy and helping individuals achieve their goals
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New Jersey as needed
