And it's not just about race day performance. To be the new Prosperity champions, you need to fundraise for charity too. This year we are supporting Dementia Jersey and Mind Jersey.

We’re excited to support the Digital Jersey Youth Hackathon 2026. If you're a Year 9+ student (Age 14 and above) or an adult who has one or two at home, please encourage them to sign up and understand how they can use their great minds to create great futures for everyone.

Youth AI Hackathon 2026 – Can you do it better than the adults? 🚀

Jersey faces big challenges, from housing and sustainability to the future of our digital economy. The adults have been trying to solve them for years... now it’s your turn!

We’re looking for Year 9+ students (14+) to take part in a 2-day hackathon to design, build and pitch real solutions for Jersey’s future.

Working in teams of 2-4, you will:
💡 Identify the Gap
🛠 Build the Prototype
🎤 Pitch Your Idea

No prior coding experience required, just curiosity, creativity and big ideas.

Last week, Fiona, Jason and Anaїs were at the Merton hotel for the Highlands College Careers Fair having some great conversations with students about considering a career in technology and strategic change.

We have offered work placements to Highlands students for a number of years. This is just one of the ways we support local talent and demonstrate that the digital sector has a great deal to offer our young people.

On Friday we celebrated our 15th birthday with colleagues, friends and family to say thank you for all their support and encouragement over the years. Without them, we would not be where we are today. They are at the heart of our philosophy that if we look after our colleagues, our clients and community equally, then we will all prosper.
