Due to being unable to find suitable premises to house TTT Repairs we took the very difficult decision to close down the heavy truck repair side of the business. We are keeping our equestrian and trailer repair and service side of the business open and can offer mobile repair work for horseboxes and trailers.

We would like to thank our customers for their loyalty and business over the last 3 years as it was very much appreciated.

Workshop controller required.

Are you friendly, organised, pay attention to detail, slightly OCD and take great satisfaction in getting your own way???

We may have just the job for you, we are looking to employ a workshop controller to manage jobs from an admin point of view from start to finish in the workshop and ensure best possible utilisation of our space and time.

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but being organised and able to communicate effectively to staff and customers is essential. Working to deadlines and accurate record keeping is also required.

We run a modern and intuitive garage management system which we are currently under utilising and would expect the controller to make full use of this and developed it further.

TTT is a small and friendly family run company and welcome applications from anyone who thinks they have the skillset to do the job.

TTT needs you.

Having filled our previously advertised role with a cracking new employee we are yet again on the lookout to employ another skilled mechanic.

HGV experience is a must but we would be happy to hear from other mechanical disciplines especially plant and piling rig related. If you think you have what it takes to look after trucks and plant belonging to some of Jerseys best known companies please read on.

Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible is essential, over inflated egos, clock watching and being precious at work is not. This job is dirty, and involves moving and placing heavy parts, you will almost always get covered in some sort of filth carrying out your tasks.

Experience using the latest diagnostics to fault find complex issues is required, electrical, hydraulic and some fabrication experience would be welcome also.

The post will sometimes require working extra hours during peak times, at weekends and evenings to look after our customers. That said we are happy to offer flexible working to fit in with childcare etc and do understand that life is not always predictable.

The person we are looking for has to be hard working and conscientious, taking pride in their work and making sure jobs are done right, first time. Please do not apply if you are not willing to carry out the work to a high standard.

Shhhhhhh......don't tell anyone but we fix stuff for our customers at the weekend and after hours.... (shock/horror). TTT believes in putting their customers first so whether it is a stuck tail lift at 5 AM on a Monday morning delivery or a leaking ram at 5 PM on a Friday night we will pull out all the stops to get your vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible.

Coronavirus update.

From tractors to trucks, horseboxes to woodchippers, trailers to cherry pickers, TTT Repairs Ltd are still open for business in these uncertain times.

Social distancing rules and strict hygiene practices are being applied to ensure that the customer and the TTT team are kept safe.

Don't forget we also have a well equipped breakdown van that can travel to site to repair your faulty equipment.

Why not take advantage of this miserable time we are experiencing and have your furbabie's transport serviced or repaired.

TTT are happy to get to work on your trailer, horsebox or 4x4 and give it a good once over. We can repair anything including horsebox body damage/internal damage, weld in new floors etc as well as the boring mechanical stuff.

To keep you safe we will offer a pick up.and drop off service where you do not have to come into contact with us at any time.

Corona Virus Update.

With an Island wide lockdown inevitable TTT Repairs Ltd would like to advise as we support essential businesses across the Island we are continuing to operate as usual to keep our Island running.

To protect our small, dedicated team we request that customers as from Monday the 30th of March do not have any contact at all with TTT staff. When delivering vehicles to our yard please phone me on 07797747665 on arrival and leave the keys in the vehicle. Please also sanitise the vehicle when you leave it paying close attention to door handles, grab handles, steering wheel, gearlever, handbrake, keys etc.

To help with the current difficult trading climate we are offering weekend servicing and repairs plus 24hr emergency call out to help take the strain off the hard working Island logistics teams. If you require either of these please call me to arrange first, existing customers with essential services will of course take priority but new customers are also welcome.

With Covid-19 updates moving faster than the speed of sound TTT would like to advise customers that we will be taking social distancing very seriously. We politely ask if picking up or dropping off vehicles please respect a 2m distance between yourselves and the TTT team to avoid any possible transmission. Please avoid coming to the workshop if you feel you have any of the symptoms as we need a fit and healthy team to continue looking after your vehicles in this time of great uncertainty. We will not be admitting anyone apart from employees into the workshop and the door will be closed at all times. Please phone 07797747665 or bang hard on the door to get our attention!
