As a native of Jamaica, West Indies, where small businesses make up a large number of communities on the island and having a generational background of business owners in my family, I know first-hand what it takes to run a successful business. In fact, I knew early on that I wanted to make a positive impact in business, the same way my family did within our community on the island. After moving to
the United States, and contributing 20+ years in marketing, grant writing for major medical universities, and heading multiple project management initiatives in the healthcare industry, across States, and in the public relations sector, I founded Virtual Ingenuity, LLC to motivate businesses to reach their full potential. As a fractional executive, and perhaps from my strict British schooling, I thrive on processes and getting things done in a timely manner. With each client, customized processes are put in place to streamline operations, increase productivity and elevate growth. The numerous years that I spent marketing in the healthcare industry enabled me to interact effortlessly with physicians, develop a keen ear for client needs, pay significant attention to detail, and develop notable organizational skills.
