Congrats to the 🐎racing industry and for the united front to work on & adopt Safe COVID😷 protocols for live racing TOMORROW at the Caymanas Race Track.

Our team, Celia Gibbings at were elated to be chosen to help with risk assessment, developing tailored protocols and creating change management and alignment strategies to envision a perfect day 1. Lots of work to do to make it happen but the project was fueled by the great talent at at and the stakeholder and occupational groups.



Caymanas will be one of the 1st 🐎 Tracks in the world to have spectator racing! Proves that we can build back our industries SAFELY 😷 with extraordinary thinking & actions!

In my segment I also set the context using a leadership visualization for COVID19 - I coined the phrase - the - 4 active storms:
- medical
- economic
- social
- technological
It also draws on the unique resilience Caribbean people have for recovering and growing after hurricanes. The same resilience is needed for weathering the career storm to come out stronger on the other end!💪💪💪
