We are proud to share that our Chief Executive Officer, Jewel Daniels Radford, has been invited by Jamaica's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade to serve as a panellist at the 11th Biennial Jamaica Diaspora Conference.
For more than 14 years, Jewel has built Daniels Communications Global into a trusted leadership development and executive coaching firm in Jamaica, helping organizations strengthen leadership, develop talent, navigate change, and foster innovation for sustainable growth.
Her invitation to participate in this national conversation reflects a career dedicated to empowering leaders, building resilient organizations, and creating meaningful impact through entrepreneurship and strategic partnerships. Proud of her Caribbean roots and grateful to call Jamaica home for more than 14 years, she will share insights from her journey of building a leadership development firm while championing leadership excellence, community impact, and partnerships that help strengthen Jamaica's future.
Jewel's commitment to resilience extends beyond the boardroom. Through her leadership of Inspire and Serve and its disaster response and recovery initiatives following Hurricane Melissa, she has worked alongside partners and communities to support rebuilding efforts across Jamaica.
Earlier this year, she also presented at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70) on the impact of climate disasters on women and girls in Small Island Developing States (SIDS), including Jamaica. Together, these experiences reflect the intersection of leadership, service, and resilience that lies at the heart of this year's conference theme, *“Diaspora Partnership: Rebuilding a More Resilient Jamaica.”*
At Daniels Communications Global, we believe exceptional leadership has the power to transform organizations, strengthen communities, and create opportunities that extend far beyond borders—where local excellence truly meets global opportunity.
