Who is Balanced M.E.?

We are the brain child of popular Hypnotherapist, Sean Davidson. Balanced M.E. uses a modern and holistic approach to mental health and mental wellness. Special emphasis is placed on the assessment of childhood and adult trauma as well as couple’s counselling and mediation.

What is Mental Engineering?

Mental Engineering is the reprogramming of the human mind after an in-depth evaluation and assessment of a person’s memories, experiences and environment. This involves evaluating and accessing who our clients are at an unconscious level so that we can reprogram their instinctual behaviours on the subconscious level using conversational techniques and reinforcing these techniques using hypnosis. Together they bring about positive and productive changes to the client’s perspective on life and psychosomatic responses to stress that are experienced consciously.

We will be rebranding ourselves as ' Balanced M.E. Limited ' as of May 2023. This brand name better encompasses our core values, beliefs and principles. We believe that through us, you will find the abilities, laid dormant, that can finally bridge the gap between who you are and who you want to become.

We will also be employing a subscription-based system that encompasses three different categories of service. Each category allows you to gain more benefits that are accessible within and outside of regular work hours, depending on subscription.

This is a unique product that was conceptualized inhouse at Kaizen Hypnotism. This service caters to persons who have a high level of self-awareness and the ability to understand philosophic terms and concepts. The sessions utilize a 3 layered approach of corrected a person's thought pattern by giving the conscious, subconscious and unconscious minds suggestions in sequence. Clients can expect to see and notice rapid changes within their perceptions and understanding of life (experienced, experiencing and that will be experienced).

Up to 1 hr and 30 mins split into two half hour discussions with each partner individually and then a group discussion that is between 10 to 30 minutes. The resolutions and clarity from these discussions are catered to allowing female energy to thrive by being heard, validated and understood and masculine energy to thrive by being considered, issues chronologically and logically explained, and a clear level of understanding expressed between both parties.
