Our high service quality backed by Firestone Building Products and our commitment to excellence will only channel great results for both of us. We will answer all your questions as it relates to the business at on. Also, we believe in our service that we offer a five (5) year non-pro-rated warranty, that is, if our workmanship fails in the fifth year then it would be treated no different than if it were the first year. Affordable rates
We are aware of harsh economic times and therefore we strive to meet the customer at a level in fees that will be of great benefit to them and keep us into business. Against that background our rates are negotiable to all. Financing can be arranged if required, each customer is treated base on his/her needs
Rates as per November 1, 2011 to supply and lay waterproofing membrane on a clean roof are as follows;
Plain/smooth - $130
Sanded/granular - $140
To clean material from roof and cart away to dump - $15 per sq. foot
