AI is picking up a lot of the busywork PMs used to do: specs, data digging, status updates. That's a good thing, but it means the real value now sits in judgment and strategy, not process. We're also seeing product, design, and engineering teams work more like one group instead of passing a baton. Feels true for teams here in the Levant too.
