مهندسة معمارية ، أخصائية توثيق، ومدربة

🔹 المسيرة الأكاديمية والمهنية:
خريجة جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية بتخصص الهندسة المعمارية.
بدأت تسنيم مسيرتها المهنية في سيلا في حزيران 2023، حيث انضمت إلى الفريق كمختصة في التوثيق المعماري والأثري، وشاركت منذ ذلك الحين في مجموعة من المشاريع المتخصصة في توثيق المواقع الأثرية والمعالم التاريخية.

🔹 الأعمال الميدانية:
شاركت تسنيم في عمليات التوثيق ضمن عدد من المواقع المهمة في البترا، حيث استخدمت أدوات وتقنيات حديثة في توثيق العناصر المعمارية والأثرية بدقة عالية.
كما كانت جزءًا من فرق العمل التي قامت بتوظيف تقنيات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (QGIS) والمسوحات باستخدام جهاز Total Station.
تميزت أيضًا في مجال الرسم الأثري، وشاركت في رسم الفخار ضمن برامج التوثيق المختلفة.

🔹 الدورات التدريبية والشهادات:
حصلت تسنيم خلال فترة عملها في سيلا على عدد من الدورات المتخصصة، منها:

دورة تدريب المدربين (TOT)

دورة نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (QGIS)

دورة استخدام جهاز Total Station

تدريب متخصص في رسم الفخار الأثري

🔹 الدور الحالي:
تعمل تسنيم حاليًا كأخصائية توثيق ومدربة ضمن فريق سيلا، حيث تسهم في تطوير أساليب التوثيق ونقل المهارات التقنية للكوادر الوطنية الشابة المهتمة بحفظ التراث.

🌟 تسنيم شغوفة في مجال توثيق التراث وتسهم بجهودها في حفظ وتوثيق الذاكرة المكانية والتاريخية للمواقع الأثرية، لتكون مصدرًا معرفيًا للأجيال القادمة.

Tasneem Al-Amarat
Documentation Specialist and Trainer

🔹 Academic and Professional Journey:
Tasneem is a graduate of Al-Balqa Applied University with a degree in Architectural Engineering.
She began her professional journey with Sela in June 2023, joining the team as a documentation specialist. Since then, she has participated in various projects focused on documenting archaeological sites and historical landmarks.

🔹 Field Work:
Tasneem has been involved in documentation work at several significant sites in Petra, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to accurately record architectural and archaeological elements.
She has contributed to field teams using Geographic Information Systems (QGIS) and total station surveying.
She also specialized in archaeological drawing, particularly ceramic illustration, as part of various documentation programs.

🔹 Training Courses and Certifications:
During her time at Sela, Tasneem has completed several specialized courses, including:

*Training of Trainers (TOT)

*Geographic Information Systems (QGIS)

*Total Station Surveying

*Specialized training in archaeological ceramic drawing

🔹 Current Role:
Tasneem currently works as a documentation specialist and trainer at Sela, where she contributes to the development of documentation methods and the transfer of technical skills to young national professionals interested in heritage preservation.

🌟 Tasneem is passionate about heritage documentation and plays an active role in preserving and recording the spatial and historical memory of archaeological sites for future generations.

Khmail is one of the first beneficiaries of the training conducted during the Jordanian Archaeology as a Sustainable Industry (JASI) project.

المسيرة الأكاديمية والمهنية:
- حاصلة على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد التراثية وصيانتها من الجامعة الأردنية.
- بدأت مسيرتها معنا في عام 2023 بعد خبرة تطوعية متميزة مع عدد من المشاريع التراثية خلال الفترة 2019-2021.

الإنجازات المهنية البارزة:
- قادت عمليات ترميم عدد من أبرز المعالم الأثرية في البترا، بما في ذلك المدرج الروماني والمعبد الكبير والحمام الروماني، باستخدام أحدث التقنيات في توثيق وترميم الآثار.
- تولت تدريب وتأهيل أفراد المجتمع المحلي في مجال الترميم، حيث تميزت بمنهجيتها العلمية وجديتها في نقل المعرفة.
- حصلت على تدريبات متخصصة من خبراء محليين ودوليين في مجالات متقدمة مثل إصلاح الجص الملون ورسم الفخار وصناعة الفسيفساء وصيانتها.

الريادة والتميز:
- تُعد من أوائل النساء في الأردن اللواتي حصلن على اعتراف دولي في الترميم باستخدام الحبال المعلقة، مما يعكس جرأتها المهنية وتفانيها في تطوير مجالها.
- تُدير حاليًا مشروع صيانة المدرج الروماني في البترا، إلى جانب دورها كمدربة ومرممة متخصصة.

تُجسد خمائل بروحها الالتزامية ومهاراتها العالية قيم التميز والإنجاز التي نحرص عليها في شركتنا.

Conservator, Trainer, Climber, Site Supervisor

Academic and Professional Career:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Resource Management and Conservation from the University of Jordan.
- Began her career with us in 2023 after distinguished volunteer experience with several heritage projects during the period 2019-2021.

Professional Achievements:
- Led the conservation of several prominent archaeological sites in Petra, including the Roman theater, the Great Temple, and the Roman Bath, using the latest technologies in archaeological documentation and restoration.
- Trained and qualified local community members in the field of conservation, distinguished by her scientific methodology and diligence in transferring knowledge.
- Received specialized training from local and international experts in advanced fields such as colored plaster conservation, pottery painting, and mosaic making and conservation.

Leadership and Excellence:
- She is one of the first women in Jordan to receive international recognition in rope-accsess techniques in conservation, reflecting her professional courage and dedication to developing her field.
- She currently manages the Roman theater conservation project in Petra, in addition to her role as a trainer and specialized conservator.

With her commitment and high skills, Khamail embodies the values of excellence and achievement that we strive for at our company.

زيارة علمية مثمرة في قلب البترا
قام فريق الترميم في سيلا، برفقة مجموعة من الخبراء الإيطاليين من شركة Kimia ، Tosti Associati
بجولة ميدانية في مدينة البترا الأثرية، شملت زيارة كل من المسرح وقبر الحاكم ,والمغارة الملونه. خلال هذه الجولة، تم عقد نقاش معمّق حول أعمال الصيانة والترميم، حيث استعرض الفريق التحديات الحالية وناقش أفضل الحلول التقنية والممارسات المثلى للحفاظ على هذه المعالم الفريدة. كما قدّم خبراء Kimia مجموعة من المواد المقترحة التي يمكن استخدامها في عمليات التنظيف والتقوية والعزل، بينما شارك كل من المرممة فيتوريا، والمهندس ماسيمو، والمعمارية فرانشيسكا، خبراتهم الغنية في مجال الحفاظ على التراث المعماري. كانت هذه الجولة فرصة قيّمة لتبادل الخبرات وتعزيز التعاون الدولي في خدمة التراث، ونتطلع إلى المزيد من هذه المبادرات النوعية التي تدعم جهود الحفاظ على موقع البترا الأثري.

A Fruitful Technical Visit in the Heart of Petra
The conservation team at SELA, alongside Italian experts from Kimia Company, Tosti Associati, conducted an insightful field visit to the archaeological site of Petra. The tour included key stops at the Theatre and the Sextius Florentinus tomb, focusing on ongoing conservation and maintenance efforts. During the visit, the teams engaged in in-depth discussions to assess the current conditions and explore the best approaches for effective and sustainable conservation practices. Experts from Kimia introduced a selection of recommended materials for cleaning, consolidation, and coating. Moreover, conservator Vittoria, engineer Massimo, and architect Francesca generously shared their extensive experience in architectural heritage conservation with the SELA team. This visit was a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange and international collaboration, contributing to the preservation of one of the world’s most iconic archaeological sites.

جولة تدريبية ناجحة! قام فريقنا بتجربة استخدام جهاز التنظيف بالليزر في إزالة الكتابات وأثار التخريب والدهان من على جدران ضريح المسلات في البترا. تم تطبيق تقنيات متقدمة على عينات مختلفة في واجهة الضريح.

تم ممارسة التدريب واستخدام الجهاز من قبل المتدربين من المحمية وفريق سيلا، وقد أعطى الجهاز نتائج مقبولة يمكن العمل عليها مستقبلاً وتطويرها للحفاظ على البترا. نحن متحمسون لرؤية التطورات المستقبلية في هذا المجال!

Our team successfully trialed a laser cleaning device to remove graffiti and paint from Petra's Obelisk Tomb. This advanced technology shows promise for preserving cultural heritage sites. We're looking forward to seeing how this technology can be further developed and applied!

في 11 نيسان 2025 ضمن ورشة بناء إرث: أفضل الممارسات في الحفاظ المعماري وتقنيات البناء، تشرفنا في موقع قبر الحاكم – البترا باستقبال السيد مارتن من شركة Singen Rock والسيد غانم غنيم من بيت جالا، ضمن زيارة ميدانية ناقشنا خلالها آليات الوصول إلى الموقع باستخدام تقنيات الحبال، وتقييم إمكانيات الترميم والتنظيف في المناطق المتضررة من الواجهة الداخلية.

ركزت الجولة على التحديات الفنية في الوصول إلى الأجزاء المتآكلة من الواجهة، خاصة مع ضرورة الحفاظ على الأثر دون تثبيت نقاط ربط مباشرة على الصخر. كما تم استعراض حلول مبتكرة مثل الربطات السريعة التي تُمكّن الفرق من التنقل بأمان وكفاءة خلال العمل.

نؤمن أن التعاون وتبادل الخبرات الميدانية يشكلان أساسًا لتطوير ممارسات مستدامة في حماية التراث.

On April 11 as part of Building a Legacy: Best Practices in Architectural Conservation and Construction Techniques workshop, the Sextius Florentinus Tomb in Petra welcomed Mr. Martin from Singen Rock and Mr. Ghanem Ghneim from Beit Jala for a field visit focused on exploring rope access techniques and assessing restoration and cleaning possibilities in the deteriorated areas of the inner façade.

The visit centered around the challenges faced by technical teams in reaching eroded sections, especially considering the restrictions on installing direct anchor points on the rock to preserve the monument. Several creative solutions were discussed, including temporary rigging methods that ensure safe and efficient movement across the façade during conservation work.

We believe that field collaboration and the exchange of expertise are essential steps toward protecting heritage and developing more sustainable and conscious conservation practices.
