Theo nguồn VOV- Đài Tiếng Nói Việt Nam, giám đốc công ty Dentsu Nhật Bản đánh giá cao kỹ thuật làm việc của các kỹ sư Việt Nam và mong muốn tuyển dụng thêm 400 nhân sự kỹ thuật vào thời gian tới.

Trong bối cảnh nền kinh tế đang gặp khó khăn, chững lại toàn cầu, những con số trên chứng minh cho thấy cơ hội làm việc tại Nhật Bản đối với người dân lao động Việt Nam là rất cao.

JAPANESE ENTREPRISE APPRECIATE VIETNAMESE ENGINEERS

According to Government Information, in the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh within the framework of his 4-day visit to Japan (15-18/12/2023) to attend the ASEAN-Japan Commemorative Summit and conduct bilateral activities, there have been nearly 30 cooperation agreements of leading Japanese companies such as Tokyo Gas, Marubeni and Aeon Mall, was signed at the Vietnam - Japan Economic Forum in Tokyo.

Not only that, more than 55% of Japanese enterprises among them want to expand production and business in Vietnam in the next one or two years, higher than Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

According to VOV- Voice of Vietnam, the director of Dentsu Japan highly appreciated the working techniques of Vietnamese engineers and wished to recruit 400 more technical personnel in the coming time.

In the context that the economy is facing difficulties and global slowdown, the above figures prove that the opportunity to work in Japan for Vietnamese working people is very high. In particular, engineering has become an attractive profession, receiving high remuneration and annual compensation in Japan. Therefore, with high professional skills, strong expertise, Vietnamese engineers become the leading recruiters with Japanese companies.

Ngôn ngữ cần thiết cho kỹ sư IT muốn chuyển việc
Mới đây, công ty nhân sự WILLOF WORK đã thực hiện một cuộc khảo sát trên thị trường tuyển dụng với 100 nhà tuyển dụng đang tuyển kỹ sư IT.
Đối với câu hỏi “Kỹ sư IT muốn chuyển việc coi trọng điều gì nhất?”, 60% số người được hỏi cho rằng kỹ năng giao tiếp là quan trọng nhất, tiếp theo là “suy nghĩ từ góc độ khách hàng”, “kinh nghiệm quản lý”, và “kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án”. Ngoài kỹ năng giao tiếp, “tác phong kinh doanh” và “sự hợp tác” cũng là kỹ năng quan trọng. Khác với hình ảnh chỉ lặng lẽ sửa lỗi, các kỹ sư IT giờ đây được yêu cầu phải có nhiều kỹ năng giao tiếp và viết lách hơn.
Về ngôn ngữ lập trình quan trọng nhất khi tuyển dụng, khoảng một nửa số nhà tuyển dụng (47%) trả lời là “Java”. Các ngôn ngữ phát triển phổ biến tiếp theo là JavaScript, C/C++ và HTML/CSS. Python, được sử dụng trong lĩnh vực phát triển trí tuệ nhân tạo và phân tích dữ liệu, cũng đứng thứ ba với tỷ lệ tương tự. Trong bảng xếp hạng các ngôn ngữ mà các kỹ sư IT trẻ muốn học trong tương lai, Python đứng đầu, cho thấy tầm quan trọng ngày càng tăng của Python cả trong lĩnh vực nhân sự và trong các kỹ sư IT.
Khi được hỏi tại sao các công ty lại tuyển dụng những sinh viên tốt nghiệp về lập trình, lý do chính được họ đưa ra là tuổi trẻ, động lực học tập cao và kế hoạch nghề nghiệp rõ ràng. Vì vậy, các bạn sinh viên đang theo học để trở thành kỹ sư IT cũng nên xác định rõ kế hoạch nghề nghiệp của mình ngay từ đầu và luôn duy trì thái độ học tập tích cực.

Điều quan trọng để có được mức thu nhập 5-8 triệu yên/năm trong ngành IT tại Nhật.

Sau một vài năm đi làm, nhiều người cảm thấy bế tắc trong sự nghiệp và rất khó để nâng cao kỹ năng cũng như mức lương.
Mặc dù đều muốn được thăng tiến nhưng không giống như những nhân sự mới, những người đã làm việc nhiều năm thường không biết phải đi về đâu. Thử thách bản thân và thay đổi công việc hay ở lại công ty hiện tại sẽ là sự lựa chọn đúng đắn vẫn là một câu hỏi đáng để suy ngẫm.

Gần đây, Unique Career đã thực hiện một khảo sát với 400 kỹ sư đã nhảy việc trong ngành IT về cách tăng thu nhập bằng cách nhảy việc. Khi được hỏi, điều gì là quan trọng nhất để bạn có thể kiếm được hơn 5 triệu yên một năm trong ngành IT. Các câu trả lời phổ biến đó là nâng cao kỹ năng, có được thành tựu, có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm. Là một kỹ sư IT, điều cần thiết là phải có kinh nghiệm thực tế như lập trình. Ngoài việc trau dồi những kiến thức và kỹ năng bạn đã thành thạo, việc chủ động xác định xu hướng và học hỏi các công nghệ mới sẽ giúp bạn không bị tụt hậu.

Vì Nhật Bản là “quốc gia quan trọng bằng cấp” nên người làm việc tại Nhật Bản có thể đạt được các chứng chỉ trong nhiều lĩnh vực. Điều này cho họ thể hiện rằng họ chủ động trong ngành của mình và tăng khả năng cạnh tranh trong quá trình sàng lọc hồ sơ.
Trong ngành IT, ngành mà mức lương hàng năm thường trên 5 triệu yên, hơn 100 người được hỏi nói rằng yếu tố quan trọng nhất để kiếm được hơn 8 triệu yên mỗi năm không chỉ là "networking". Các kỹ sư IT cần tích cực trao đổi kỹ năng với đồng nghiệp, thay vì chỉ code và fix lỗi. Tích cực tham gia các hoạt động để mở rộng network cũng rất quan trọng vì nó tạo điều kiện để tìm hiểu về các xu hướng mới nhất của ngành và cơ hội nghề nghiệp hấp dẫn tại các công ty khác, đồng thời có thể khuyến khích phát triển việc thay đổi công việc.

Khi được hỏi về “lợi ích của ngành IT”, hầu hết người được hỏi đều nói: “Nó cho phép bạn phát triển kỹ năng”. Điều đó có nghĩa là kỹ sư luôn có thể duy trì lợi thế cạnh tranh của mình, ngay cả trong môi trường không ổn định. Tiếp theo, nhiều người cũng nói rằng họ "cảm thấy ngành này có tương lai", cho thấy ngành IT là một ngành đang phát triển trong đó nhân sự có thể tăng thu nhập hàng năm nhờ nỗ lực của chính họ.

Japanese IT engineers voice dissatisfaction with their supervisors???

For those of you who are looking to change jobs in Japan, are you worried about the work environment in Japan?
Let’s take a look at a survey of Japanese IT engineers about their workplace.
PERSOL Holdings has released an interesting survey that delves into the work attitudes and expectations of Japanese IT engineers.
The Covid-19 infection has quietly changed the way people work, and Japanese IT engineers are no exception.

What are Japanese IT engineers most concerned about?
(1) Remote work (41.3%)
(2) Work-life balance (34.3%)
(3) Stable income (33.9%)
(4) Long-term sustainability (30.3%)
What do engineers value most about the evaluation system?
(1) Evaluation items are well-known and easy to understand (29.7%)
(2) Fairness and impartiality (27.7%)
(3) Performance-based (27.5%)

The survey also revealed engineers' satisfaction with and focus on their supervisors.
According to the survey results, the three factors of greatest concern regarding supervisor leadership are:
(1) Can they give accurate directions?
For managers and supervisors, precise instructions can give engineers clear direction, ideally 43.2% and 47.9% respectively, but actually 10.8% and 21.2%.
(2) Do they have leadership skills?
The importance of leadership is self-evident; ideally, the leadership ability of managers or supervisors were 46.4% and 48.2%, but in reality, only 20.9% and 22.2%.
(3) Decisiveness
Making decisions in critical situations is also very important for engineers. Ideally, the decisiveness of managers and supervisors was 42.9% and 43.8% respectively, but in reality 17.5% and 19.6%.

Overall, the survey reveals Japanese IT engineers' job expectations and satisfaction with their supervisors and also reflects their urgent need for fair and equitable evaluations.
