イチローズモルトで有名なベンチャーウイスキー様を見学させていただきました。
秩父ワインでは、ワイン熟成に使用した樽をベンチャーウイスキー様へお渡しし、ウイスキーの熟成に活用していただいております。
今回の見学では、何千本もの樽が並ぶ熟成庫の中で、かつて秩父ワインで使用していた樽と再会することができ、とても感慨深い時間となりました。
蒸溜所では製造工程や熟成へのこだわりを学ばせていただき、世界中のウイスキーファンを魅了するものづくりの姿勢に大きな刺激を受けました。
また、小鹿野町長とともに肥土社長にもご挨拶する機会をいただきました。

同じ秩父の地で酒類製造に携わる者として、多くの学びをいただいた貴重な一日でした。
🥃 We had the opportunity to visit Venture Wh**ky, the maker of the famous Ichiro’s Malt.
At Chichibu W**e, some of the barrels used for w**e aging are passed on to Venture Wh**ky and given a second life for wh**ky maturation.
During the visit, we were delighted to reunite with one of our former w**e barrels among the thousands of casks resting in their warehouses. It was a truly special and memorable moment.
We also learned about their dedication to distillation and maturation, and were inspired by the craftsmanship and passion that have earned Ichiro’s Malt recognition from wh**ky enthusiasts around the world.
We were honored to have the opportunity to greet President Akuto together with the Mayor of Ogano Town.
Our sincere thanks to Mr. Misawa and Mr. Sakurai for their warm hospitality and guidance.
As fellow producers of alcoholic beverages in Chichibu, it was a valuable day filled with learning and inspiration.
