Current leadership challenges are:
- balancing being an inspirational and comforting leader while continuing to push on performance (and compliance with health regulation)
- responding to countless questions from managers and the frontline when no clear answers exist
- maintaining visibility and influence in the organization with limited interaction opportunities
- keeping the team engaged while working remotely

Everything changed the week of March 16 for corporate leaders. In addition to keeping businesses running from home during the pandemic, they have to keep themselves safe. But there are broader leadership challenges to face and as an executive coach to many, I learned what they are, to share here.
