Looking for Cast Members to Play a Family in a Local TV/Web Commercial!

A local house builder will film a fun new 15-second commercial in early September, and we are looking for people to play a father, mother, and daughter.

You do not need to be a real family—individual applicants are welcome!

The commercial will be shown on TV in the Tokai area, online, and as a cinema ad. So get your popcorn ready!

The scene is a single take with a special reverse effect: cast members will jog or walk backward during filming. It is a little tricky, but staff will guide you through it.

We are looking for:
・Father role: late 20s to early 40s
・Mother role: late 20s to early 40s
・Daughter role: approximately 6–9 years old

Filming details:
・Target date: Early September, likely a weekday
・Shooting time: All day
・Location: Likely Kasugai
・Usage: TV, web, and cinema advertising in the Tokai area
・The child will likely need to miss school that day.
・Lunch will be provided.
・Transportation from Nagoya Station will generally be provided. Support from farther away can be discussed case by case.
・For the child role, lunch and transportation will also be provided for one accompanying adult.

Audition:
For the first-round audition, we will provide a simple shot for you to take with your smartphone. It may involve walking backward.

Sit in a Car Part 8: Sit Hard with a Vengeance

The franchise nobody asked for is back.

You've probably heard the stories—and somehow they're all true. Get paid to sit in a car and make faces.

Have you ever made dramatic expressions at your friends? Or at random strangers who *definitely* deserved it? Congratulations. You may already be qualified.

Your mission begins with a quick, anonymous 3D body scan. Yes, it sounds like the opening scene of a sci-fi thriller with just a dash of *Fifty Shades of Grey*. Relax—it's completely legitimate.

Then it's time for the main event.

You'll climb into a car seat, follow prompts on a screen, and act out different driving scenarios using your face and body movements while cameras record everything. Think of it as a 90-minute audition for *Whose Line Is It Anyway?*—except the only thing you need to improvise is your eyebrows.

The scenarios range from everyday driving reactions to wildly exaggerated expressions. The staff keeps the music playing throughout the session—and they'll even take requests—so it's surprisingly easy to forget you're essentially being paid to professionally overreact.

📸 Paid Tourism Photo & Video Shoot – ¥12,000

GL Models & Monitoring is currently recruiting participants for an upcoming tourism-related photo and video shoot.

The shoot will involve exploring a local area, visiting attractions, and enjoying food and drinks while our production team captures natural photos and video footage.

Details:
・Pay: ¥12,000 per person
・Duration: Approximately 2 hours
・Locations: Central Japan and the Tokyo area

・No modeling experience required

■ Purpose of Recruitment

We collect data on body movements, eye movements, and other related information solely for the purpose of developing our system.

The collected data and recordings will not be made public.

■ Eligibility Requirements

• Height must be between 176 cm and 195 cm.

• We are currently recruiting:

　- 4 participants who are 186–195 cm tall

　- 5 participants who are 176–185 cm tall

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

• There are no restrictions regarding nationality.

• There are no restrictions regarding body weight.

• Participants who can communicate in Japanese are strongly preferred.

• Participants must agree to wear form-fitting clothing that allows their body shape to be observed during the session.

• Participants must be able to wear a rash guard and a swim cap. (The rash guard and swim cap will be provided by us. Please wear undergarments underneath the provided rash guard.)

• Participants must be willing to cooperate with measurements of s*x, height, weight, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat percentage.

• Participants must consent to the use of the collected data for research purposes.

Female staff will primarily conduct the session. However, in the event of equipment-related issues, male staff may assist if necessary.

■ Session Details

• 15 minutes: Signing the consent form, completing a questionnaire, and receiving an explanation of the procedures.

• 15 minutes: A 3D body scan in a T-pose while wearing tight-fitting clothing.

• 1 hour 30 minutes: Participants will sit in a car seat indoors and perform simple movements and body motions as instructed.
